Jesse Mullen has been promoted to director of pagination for Civitas Media’s Miamisburg and Lumberton hubs.

Jesse has been leading the Miamisburg pagination team, but now will have oversight of both hubs.

This move allows Civitas Media to consolidate operations, streamline work flows and standardize processes with the end goal being the capability to paginate any page from any newspaper at any location.

Jesse is a rising star at Civitas Media and has a track record of success. In addition to building the Miamisburg pagination team, he has led the group that created Civitas Media’s redesign efforts and is a member of the companywide Content Committee.

Jesse has been recognized in Editor & Publisher’s “25 Under 35” feature, and is a finalist in the National Newspaper Association’s Daniel M. Phillips Leadership Award.
